VisitHero is free to use. Advertising, voluntary support and referrals to HERO products help fund the map and AI assistant.
Labels you will see
Advertisement identifies display advertising. Sponsored identifies paid editorial-style placement. Partner recommendation identifies an approved commercial partner. HERO recommendation identifies an EMYSTI product such as TransHERO or STAYHERO. Affiliate links may generate commission after an eligible action.
AI answer separation
The AI is asked to answer the traveller's question. It does not receive authority to invent sponsors or silently place paid claims. VisitHero's backend separately selects eligible commercial cards by configured campaign, intent, language, city, schedule, budget, safety and frequency rules, then inserts a labelled card after the answer.
Safety and frequency
Commercial placements are suppressed for emergency, police, first-aid, hospital, AED and shelter contexts. Ordinary ads are frequency-capped and appear away from core map, Ask input and navigation controls. A paid relationship does not change the underlying nearby-place ranking.
Currently enabled inventory
Current backend-enabled inventory: TransHERO (hero), STAYHERO (hero). This list is generated from VisitHero's live configuration and changes when an approved provider or campaign is enabled or disabled.
